Allie + Tom Get Married!

Allie & Tom had this most amazing wedding just two days before Valentine’s Day and exactly one week before my own fifth year Wedding Anniversary. For me, this is kind of a romantic season, it has to be, I almost have no choice, especially when I spend a day hanging out with romantics of this calibre. Tom’s speech was incredible, by far the best I’ve ever heard, keeping true to how his Best Man portrayed him, a man over flowing with passion.

Two days before the wedding, Les Porter lent me this beautiful medium format camera, so I grabbed some film from the fridge before heading down to the serene Sutton Forest in the Southern Highlands, truly beautiful little corner of the planet. I hung out with the guys for the day, while Ben went off to cover the girls getting ready.

I was incredibly excited to shoot a mixed medium of film and digital for this super beautiful wedding.
